The sales people are not to pushy but will LIE to you about the vehicle and if it is safe. They do FAKE inspections on your cars before you buy. They also sign off on safety things that have not been checked. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE TO ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALER... PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID..

The charges for service at hayward Toyota are not inexpensive, however they always do goo work. The service staff are attentive & courteous to your needs. so I like taking my car to Hayward Toyota.

You were not only professional but friendly. Open - understanding and not pushy, which was greatly appreciated. We have always purchased toyotas and will continue to do so, We unfortunatelyused another dealership and Hayward Toyota is by far a customer friendly and professional facility
